Industrial diamond grinders open the concrete profile down to a clean, bondable surface.

Moisture Vapor Barrier
A commercial grade vapor barrier is applied to lock out hydrostatic pressure and prevent lift.

Crack & Pit Repair
Every crack, spall, and pit is chased, filled, and sanded flush with high strength polymer.

Base Coat & Broadcast
A pigmented base coat is rolled, then flake, quartz, or metallic pigment is broadcast to refusal.

Timelines depend on the project. Most residential garages fall between two and four days once prep, coating, and cure times are factored in. We give you a firm schedule after we assess the space.

Always. Every floor gets mechanically diamond ground, followed by a moisture vapor barrier, crack and pit repair, and a full inspection before any coating is applied. Prep is the reason our floors last.
Not when it is installed properly. We use industrial grade materials and a full vapor barrier system, which is why our finishes handle Canadian winters, hot tires, salt, and chemicals without failure.
Sweep or dust mop as needed. For a deeper clean, use warm water and a pH neutral cleaner. No waxing, no resealing.
